WAGNER International AG with its headquarters in Altstätten in Switzerland, is the holding company for all operational units of the WAGNER-Group. A Governing Board supervises and advises the management and delegated the responsibility for the operational business to his member, Mr. Thorsten Koch.  To his support in the management of the WAGNER-Group, Mr. Thorsten Koch established a Management Committee.

The owners of WAGNER International AG are the Josef Wagner Foundations. A Foundation executive committee administers the foundation’s assets and decides on the issuing of payments.
