Checking of your application

Rather than a computer-based sorting process, each application received is checked by an employee in our Human Resources department in consultation with the department in question. We check your application carefully to determine whether your qualifications and interests match any current opportunities. Under the German Equal Treatment Act, we guarantee equal treatment of all applicants.

The time taken for this check depends on the number of applications received and current vacancies.

After receiving your application, if we are considering recruiting you, we will start by inviting you to attend an initial meeting. If we have any questions that we would like to clarify in advance, we may contact you by telephone first.

The next step is a interview at our premises, attended by representatives from the Human Resources department and the department in question. This is intended as an opportunity to get to know each other better and answer any questions. As well as gaining information about the position, your time at J. Wagner GmbH will also give you an initial insight into our company's culture.

After this initial interview both sides will then decide whether we should continue the process with a second interview.

4 step

Optional Assessment Centre/Examples of work

To fill individual vacancies, as well as interviews, our recruitment process also includes more in-depth assessments of your specialist qualifications, such as an Assessment Centre or examples of your work. To help you prepare for this process, we will of course send you all the necessary information in advance.

5 step

Employment contract offer

If both sides are convinced that you are the right person for the vacancy, we will make you an offer and send you an employment contract and all other relevant information.
