旧パイロット工場では、実用的な形で塗装プロセスをデザインするのは、限られた範囲内に留まっていました。そこで必要とされたのが、自動・手動のあらゆる粉体塗装に対応した、顧客のニーズに合わせた最新の粉体塗装システムでした。
最新の吸入テクノロジーを備えた広々としたプラスチックブースの両サイドには垂直方向に動く3つのオートガンが設置されました。必要に応じて、片側最大5台まで増やすことが可能です。粉体塗装は、集中制御と超音波振動ふるいを備えたセミオートパウダーセンターPXSから搬送されます。パウダーセンターの内装は顧客仕様のクロム鋼でできています。そのため、パイロットプラントでは頻繁に行われる洗浄工程を、より速く、残滓なく行うことができます。最適な条件下での粉体塗装システム一式のネットワーク化により、技術者は革新的な製品開発を実践的に試し、自動化システムにおける粉体塗料の挙動を集中的にテストし、品質基準をさらに向上させることができるのです。
