ワグナーはMDFボード塗装の新たな手順を開発しました。技術的に最も重要なキーは革新的な新電荷分布により完璧な粉体静電塗装を実現するユニットです。ワグナーの新システムを使い、Kempaの従業員2名が日にキッチン数台を生産します。粉体塗装だと液体塗装の2倍早く生産できるので、乾燥時間無しで製品は次の加工に移ります。 Kempaは、労力と生産コストを抑えつつ、より高品質で高効率が生産を可能としています。
