WAGNER SupraCoat is based on HVLP technology and in comparison to so-called HVLP plug-in systems and conventional air guns offers decisive advantages. The low kinetic energy of the paint particles provides a differentiated spray jet with little overspray or turbulence. Due to the optimised design of the SupraCoat gun, an excellent surface finish is achieved and paints with higher viscosities can also be applied.
Adaptation to different materials (e.g. water- or solvent-based) is achieved by simply and quickly replacing the air caps.
The membrane technology ensures a long service life with fast switching times.
The application of HVLP technology ensures high application efficiency and perfect coating results.
An internally and externally controlled version, standard and robot base plates as well as extensive accessories allow universal use of the gun. The attachment of the material and air connections on the rear side allows a flexible adjustment.
