Compared to piston pump sprayers, diaphragm pumps generally allow 10% longer hose length meaning they really are suitable for very large structures.
You will find diaphragm pumps deliver a smoother spray. They have reduced pulsation compared to a piston pump and don’t need the same, high shearing forces. This also means you can spray at a reduced pressure, giving a more uniform spray pattern. And of course, as is always important for spraying, less pressure means less overspray in the air and less mess.
These sprayers feature LongStroke technology which offers advantages over piston sprayers. Not only can they process very thin and very thick materials, but they also have a longer service life and lower maintenance costs. The diaphragm pump is also solvent resistant so is suitable for 2-part materials. Just ensure you clean it out regularly and properly, so no material dries inside the machine.
All machines feature a 15 m airless hose. The SF 23 Pro comes with the Vector Pro 4-finger gun while the SF 23 Plus and SF 33 Plus come with the superior Vector Grip with 2 and 4 finger options, depending on your spraying style. The SF33 Plus has the added power to handle a 2-hose, 2-gun setup.
