The gravity cup gun is ideal for small-area coating applications and touch-up work, such as in the wood, metal or plastics industries. Suitable for all material types as all wetted parts are made of stainless steel. High flexibility due to a wide range of nozzle sizes and air caps.
Transfer efficiency of up to 88%. Excellent atomization quality and low paint mist thanks to optimized air duct and 12-hole air distribution nozzle.
Individual and precise material flow with fixable needle stroke adjustment. Large material and air passages of the components allow very fast working.
Due to the two-part nozzle, it is sufficient to replace only the nozzle head instead of the complete nozzle, if necessary. Long-life needle packings and solvent-resistant polyethylene seals contribute to high availability.
