The red chairs of XXXL furniture stores are widely recognized from TV commercials. The world's largest chair, as confirmed by the Guinness Book of Records, is 30 meters tall and stands in St. Florian near Linz. It was manufactured by Wiehag and painted with a wet coating system from WAGNER. Furniture chain XXXLutz chose Wiehag GmbH in Altheim (Upper Austria) above all for its short delivery times and excellent product quality. Wiehag builds large-span bearing systems and complete roofs as well as roof, ceiling, and wall elements. One of its projects for example is the wooden roof construction on the new London Crossrail train station in Canary Wharf.
