There has been a change on the Board of Directors of Wagner International AG, headquartered in Altstätten (Switzerland), which serves as the holding company for all WAGNER entities. The former Chairman of the Board, Dr Eberhard Veit, has stepped down from the Board after ten years in order to focus more intensively on his other professional commitments. Thorsten Koch, who has been a member of the Board since 2024 and knows the company exceptionally well through many years of close collaboration, has been elected as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors. The other Board members remain unchanged: Vice Chairwoman Angelique Renkhoff-Mücke, Dr. Konstantin Sauer, and Dr Emmerich Schiller. The WAGNER Board of Directors is elected annually by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
