    WAGNER PSIRT – Product Security Incident Response Team

    Our security experts are the central point of contact for security questions and vulnerability reports regarding Wagner Group products and solutions. They review incoming reports, assess potential impacts, and work closely with the relevant development and product experts to develop appropriate protective measures or security updates. When necessary, they provide customers, partners, and other affected parties with transparent information about risks and recommended measures.

    Our Responsibilities

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Receiving and processing vulnerability reports regarding WAGNER products and solutions.
    • Assessment of criticality and impact.
    • Coordination of countermeasures and security updates.
    • Communication with reporters, customers, partners, and government agencies, as well as the publication of necessary safety notices.

    Responsible Disclosure of Vulnerabilities

    WAGNER treats reported vulnerabilities confidentially and works with security researchers, customers, and partners to develop a coordinated solution. 
    Please do not disclose vulnerabilities until appropriate countermeasures or a security update are available.

    Reporting a Vulnerability

    Please report any potential vulnerabilities to our PSIRT and, if possible, include the following information:

    • Product, product version, or software version.
    • Description, possible effects, and steps to reproduce the issue.
    • System Environment and Configuration.
    • Contact information for inquiries.

    Security Advisories regarding confirmed vulnerabilities typically include:
    1. Description and severity of the vulnerability, 2. Affected products and versions, 3. Recommended countermeasures and available updates.
    We recommend that all users regularly review published security advisories and install any available patches as soon as possible.
