1.2 The organiser of the competition is J. Wagner GmbH, Otto-Lilienthal-Straße 18, 88677 Markdorf, Germany (hereinafter called: "WAGNER" and "Organiser").

2. Procedure of the competition and prize
2.1 The competition starts on 17th of January 2024 at 00:00 AM and ends on 24th of January 2024 at 12:00 PM. Participation is possible exclusively during the stated period.
2.2 Participation is open to any natural person (male, female, various; hereinafter jointly called the "Participants", the "Winners") who is at least 18 years of age and is primarily resident in the United Kingdom. Employees of the organiser and their relatives and employees of the organiser's cooperation partners are not permitted to participate. If the organiser draws winners for third-party products, participation by these prize sponsors and their employees is also excluded. Breaches of these Conditions of Entry or technical manipulations as well as attempts to do so, result in the participants being excluded from the competitions. In such cases, prizes may also be retrospectively disallowed and a substitute winner will be drawn.
2.3 In order to participate in the competition, participants must complete the competition form published on the organiser's Website. Participation in the competition and notification in the event of winning are only possible by providing the following information: email adress. In order to be able to participate in the competition, the participants must explicitly acknowledge these Terms of Use and the Organiser's Data Protection Provision by ticking the relevant box before sending the competition form. Both documents can be viewed online at any time at https://survey-jw.questionpro.eu/t/AB3uqq4ZB3vp0l.
2.4 Participation in the competition is only possible once for each registered email address.
2.5 Participation in the organiser's competitions is free of charge.
2.6 The participants themselves must observe any restrictions that may apply regarding claiming of the prize.
2.7 The competition winner is determined based on chance. The winner will be notified via the contact details transferred to the organiser and asked to provide the address for delivery of the prize. The winner is requested to contact the organiser within 5 working days to confirm having won as well as agree processing of the prize. If the winner does not make contact within the mentioned period, another winner will be drawn for the prize from among all participants.
2.8 The organiser will publish the winner's name on its Website and use it for advertising pur-poses, e.g. for public relations. Separate consent will be obtained from the winner as part of determining the prize.
2.9 In the context of the competition, participants can win a TipClean Nozzle Cleaner.
2.10 The prize will be sent to the contact details provided by the winner (see 2.7). The organiser shall bear the costs of sending the prize. A cash payment in lieu of the prize is not possible, nor is it possible to transfer the prize to third parties.

3. Liability
3.1 All disclosures by the organiser, particularly as concerns the publication of the winners' names etc., are made subject to change.
3.2 The organiser shall only be liable for damage in the context of implementing the competition where this is caused by its own employees or other assistants based on intent or gross neg-ligence. This particularly refers to liability for damage which could arise due to errors, delays or disruptions in the transmission, defects or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way due to participation in the campaign. This shall not affect liability due to a culpable loss of life, bodily harm or injury to health.
3.3 The organiser is neither liable for non-performance or malperformance of a prize sponsor in the context of the offered prize nor for material or legal defects or any damage suffered by the winner on the occasion of claiming the prize. The respective terms and conditions of business of the prize sponsors apply. The winner must address any warranty or compensation claims that may arise exclusively to the prize sponsor. If the organiser incurs claims in this regard, these shall be passed on to the respective winners.

4. Data protection | Use of personal data
4.1 The organiser shall exclusively process the information required to implement and process the competition for this purpose and only save them until this purpose ceases to apply. 4.3 By participating in the competition, the participant explicitly agrees that the organiser may publish their name - subject to their revocation - on the organiser's Website and if applicable forward it to third parties for public relations purposes. If the participant revokes their granted consent, the authorisation to participate in the competition ceases automatically.

5. Miscellaneous
5.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.
5.2 If a provision of these Conditions of Entry is or becomes null and void, invalid or impracticable in full or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The null and void, invalid or impracticable provision shall be replaced with a provision which approximates the organiser's original purpose with its Conditions of Entry as closely as possible, had it been aware of the nullity, invalidity or impracticability. This also applies to the nullity, invalidity and impracticability or a service or time specified in these provisions. In such cases, the statutory service or time specification that comes closest to that agreed shall be deemed to have been agreed. Sentences 1 and 2 apply accordingly to lacunae in these Conditions of Entry.
5.3 The organiser reserves the right to amend these Conditions of Entry without prior warning or to abort the competition without giving reasons if the proper performance of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical, legal or other reasons. No entitlement to imple-mentation of the competition applies.
5.4 Legal recourse is precluded.
