    1. Scope and Organiser

    1.1 These Conditions of Participation apply to the prize draw by WAGNER and tesa, which will take place at the P&D Show in Birmingham, UK.
    1.2 The organisers of the campaign are J. Wagner GmbH, Otto-Lilienthal-Straße 18, 88677 Markdorf, Germany, and tesa UK Ltd., 18 Linford Forum, Rockingham Drive, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes MK14 6LY, hereinafter referred to as the “Organisers”.

    2. Procedure of the Prize Draw and Prize

    2.1 The campaign starts on 23 June 2026 and ends on 25 June 2026 at 11:59 pm. Participation is only possible during the specified period.
    2.2 Any natural person male, female, diverse; hereinafter uniformly referred to as the “Participant” or the “Winner” who is at least 18 years old at the time of participation is eligible to participate. Employees of the Organisers and their relatives are excluded from participation. If the Organiser raffles products from third parties, participation by these prize sponsors and their employees is also excluded. Violations of these Conditions of Participation or technical manipulation, including attempted manipulation, will result in the Participant being excluded from the campaign. In such cases, the prize may also be withdrawn retrospectively.
    2.3 To participate in the campaign, the Participant must complete the prize draw form online at https://info.wagner-group.com/en/prize-draw-with-tesa-2026and agree to the Conditions of Participation and the Privacy Policy by ticking the relevant checkbox. In order to participate in the campaign, the Participant must expressly accept these Conditions of Participation and the Organisers’ data protection provisions by ticking the box in the prize draw form. Both sets of information can be viewed online at any time at https://www.wagner-group.com/uk/conditions-of-participation-for-contractor/.
    2.4 Participation in the campaign is limited to one entry per natural person and email address.
    2.5 Participation in the Organisers’ prize draw is free of charge.
    2.6 Any restrictions that may apply to claiming the prize must be observed by the Participant.
    2.7 There will be one winner. The winner will be notified of their prize via the email address provided to the Organisers and will be asked to provide their postal address for delivery of the prize. The winner will be requested to contact J. Wagner GmbH within 5 working days, confirm acceptance of the prize and arrange prize fulfilment. If a winner does not respond within the specified period, the prize will be forfeited without replacement.
    2.8 As part of the prize draw, the Participant can win a FinishControl 4000 18V FineSpray Kit paint sprayer, as well as a masking set from tesa. There will be a total of one winner, who will be selected after the trade fair has ended.
    2.9 The prize will be sent to the contact address provided by the winner see section 2.7. The costs of delivering the prize will be borne by the respective prize draw partner. Cash payment of the prize and transfer of the prize to third parties are excluded.

    3. Liability

    3.1 All information provided by the Organisers, in particular in connection with the publication of winners’ names, etc., is provided without guarantee.
    3.2 The Organisers shall only be liable for damages in connection with the execution of the campaign that were caused intentionally or through gross negligence by their own employees or other vicarious agents. This applies in particular to liability for damages that may arise due to errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, disruptions or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way in connection with participation in the campaign. Liability for culpable injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
    3.3 The Organisers shall not be liable for any non-performance or poor performance by a prize sponsor in connection with the prize offered, nor for material defects, defects of title or any damages suffered by the winner in connection with claiming the prize. The respective terms and conditions of the prize sponsors shall apply. Any warranty or compensation claims that may arise must be addressed exclusively to the prize sponsor by the winner. Should any such claims arise against the Organisers, these shall be assigned to the respective winner.

    4. Miscellaneous

    4.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.
    4.2 Should any provision of these Conditions of Participation be or become wholly or partially void, invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The void, invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to what the Organisers would have intended in terms of the meaning and purpose of these Conditions of Participation had they considered the voidness, invalidity or unenforceability. This also applies in the event that a performance or time provision contained in these Conditions is void, invalid or unenforceable. In such a case, the legally permissible performance or time provision that comes closest to the agreed provision shall be deemed agreed. Sentences 1 and 2 shall apply accordingly to any gaps in these Conditions of Participation.
    4.3 The Organisers reserve the right to amend these Conditions of Participation without prior notice or to cancel the prize draw without stating reasons if, for technical, legal or other reasons, the proper execution of the prize draw can no longer be guaranteed. There is no entitlement to the execution of the prize draw.
    4.4 Legal recourse is excluded.

    The following personal data will be processed:

    • Personal master data name, first name, salutation
    • Email address
    • Occupation

    You are not obliged to provide personal data. However, if you do not provide any or all of the data required in accordance with the Conditions of Participation, you will not be able to participate in our prize draw.

    Purposes and Legal Bases of Data Processing

    Your data is processed on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 1 1 a GDPR, which you give by participating in the prize draw, as well as in connection with the Conditions of Participation for our prize draw, Art. 6 1 1 c GDPR.

    The purpose of data processing is to carry out the prize draw, including possible notification of the winner and possible dispatch of the prize.

    Storage Period of the Data

    As soon as the data is no longer required for the purposes stated above, or retention is no longer necessary for other legal reasons, we will delete it.

    As a rule, the data is no longer required after the prize draw has ended. However, the deletion period may also be determined by applicable law. In connection with general civil-law limitation periods, storage for up to 3 years may be considered.

    Rights of Data Subjects

    Right of Withdrawal

    You may withdraw your consent at any time pursuant to Art. 7 3 GDPR. The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. However, you will then no longer be able to participate in the prize draw.

    Right to Lodge a Complaint

    You may also contact a supervisory authority in the Member State of your place of residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
