Airspray and AirCoat guns, such as the TOPFINISHGM 1030, which produces an extremely precise spray pattern with little overspray – there are versions with paint connection (GM 1030P) or flow cup for small-area applications (GM 1030G). The guns are also available as part of predefined spraypacks: an ideal combination together with the right feeding technology. The Cobra 40-10, for example, is unique on the market as a high-pressure double diaphragm pump: it is very powerful and, thanks to its particularly small internal volume, requires significantly less solvent during flushing than comparable piston pumps. The 2K Smart will be exhibited as mixing and dosing system.
Solutions for highly efficient, automated coating processes
For exemplary practical demonstration, various automatic guns will be mounted alternately on a cobot - a collaborative robot that is also suitable for users without many years of robot experience. The GA 1030and GA 4000AC automatic guns offer a high degree of flexibility with their different mounting options.
Bonding & marking
In addition, WAGNER will also be showing products from the bonding and marking sector of its subsidiary WALTHER Spritz- & Lackiersysteme GmbH: Among others, airspray guns for adhesive application, such as the PILOT GM 1030P ADH or the automatic PILOT GA 9010 Marking for edge-to-edge dot and line marking.
