    Due to the ever-increasing competitive environment, you as production manager have the challenge of continuously optimizing production costs. COATIFY offers everyone involved in the production process the opportunity for extremely reliable productivity monitoring by constantly providing important production data.

    As quality manager, you have a great interest in ensuring that the quality of coated workpieces is always at a high level in order to avoid rework and to meet the increasing demands of your customers. With COATIFY you can view important key figures regarding production quality at a glance and take any necessary measures. This way, optimum results can be achieved.

    With COATIFY, you as a process manager can call up targeted reports from anywhere on the development of key performance indicators in the coating process, such as coating time or number of coated parts. You can also contrast these key figures with comparative values and gain valuable insights to optimize your processes and ultimately meet your business objectives.

    With the notification function, COATIFY provides you with timely information and warnings if wear parts need to be replaced during the coating process or if important maintenance is due. You can plan service measures much better and if necessary the WAGNER service team can even perform remote maintenance. High quality and system availability are ensured and productivity is increased.

    The start page provides the operator with an overview of all his lines, quick feedback on the production status and the most important productivity key figures.

    COATIFY.Performance Dashboard

    Detailed, clearly structured and attractively presented reports for each integrated system. Current characteristic values such as coating time, system status, number of coated parts or conveyor section can be displayed and contrasted with characteristic values from comparative periods.

    An evaluation is possible in freely definable time periods. System messages and warnings also appear on the dashboard to inform you about necessary system adjustments. This allows you to react in time and ensure your system availability.

    The functions at a glance

    Directly on the platform, you receive current information about the operating and maintenance status of the individual components of your system, including a logbook. Optionally, you can also be notified by e-mail.

    In this way you can plan service measures in good time, increase your system availability and save costs. If necessary, a ticket can be sent immediately to the WAGNER service team. Remote maintenance of your system can be carried out on demand.

    The performance monitoring of your system, including data on machine status, number of coated parts per minute, coating times and much more, is presented in the form of clear diagrams. These data reports can be exported as separate files.

    Customize your own production data analysis over freely selectable periods of time (for example minutes, work shifts or years). The recording of production orders, recipes and coating material is optional.

    Updates with information on the current production and quality status. System messages or warnings are issued to indicate necessary system adjustments.

    With the "Application Data" function you can see which coating parameters are currently set on the gun controls. Parameter changes from the past can also be traced.

    COATIFY is WAGNER's digital information and management platform for industrial coating systems. As a cloud-based solution, COATIFY enables the monitoring of powder coating systems. Through intuitive dashboards, users can view real-time overviews of production status, equipment utilization, and key performance indicators.

    COATIFY is a cloud-based platform that is available anytime, anywhere. You can access the site using popular web browsers such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari. Whether on a desktop, tablet, or smartphone. To use COATIFY, you need a valid license from WAGNER.

    Once your account has been set up, you can log in using your personal login credentials. Login is handled through a secure single sign-on (SSO) process using a Microsoft account.

    The price for COATIFY depends on the scope of the specific customer project and is usually calculated as part of the complete system quote. We would be happy to provide you a quote customized to your needs.

    Questions about the feature set

    COATIFY is available in German, English, French, Spanish, and Italian. Other languages are available upon request. Furthermore, you can also use the browser's automatic translation feature.

    After logging in, COATIFY provides an overview of your connected systems on the home page. You can view detailed performance data for each project.

    For new installations, the gateway for the COATIFY interface is already integrated. For systems installed before April 2026, retrofitting is possible so that the machine's performance metrics can be transmitted to COATIFY. In this case, a service technician will prepare the system accordingly.

    Questions about the connective product portfolio

    COATIFY is currently available for the following WAGNER powder coating systems:

    • E-Line Plus with PXM
    • M-Line with PXM and PXS
    • S-Line with PXM, PXS, IPS, and SuperCenter Evo
    • Sprint 2 Expert manual unit in combination with a compatible complete system
    • Sprint 2 Expert powder set in combination with a compatible complete system

    COATIFY is not yet available for liquid coating systems. In the future, the system is intended for use with select 2K systems, such as 2K Comfort and Intellimix.

    COATIFY is limited to use with WAGNER systems.

    Questions about data protection

    COATIFY stores all data exclusively on Microsoft Azure located within the European Union (EU). The data is protected by the following measures:

    • Encryption while the system is idle: All data, logs, and backups are encrypted using AES-256 with a cryptographic module validated according to FIPS 140-2. Encryption is always enabled and cannot be disabled.
    • Encryption during transmission: All data transfers are secured using TLS 1.2 or higher.
    • Data storage: The data never leaves the European Union. Microsoft's EU data boundary commitment applies.
    • Access control: Access to the platform is managed through Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).

    Compliance with legal requirements: Data processing is subject to the Data Protection Addendum (DPA) for Microsoft products and services in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.

    All data you store in COATIFY belongs to you. We do not share your data with third parties, nor do we sell it. If you terminate your COATIFY contract, all of your data will be permanently deleted. You have the option to export your data and save it securely before it is deleted.
