COATIFY is a cloud-based platform that is available anytime, anywhere. You can access the site using popular web browsers such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari. Whether on a desktop, tablet, or smartphone. To use COATIFY, you need a valid license from WAGNER.

You can access COATIFY through the login page:

Once your account has been set up, you can log in using your personal login credentials. Login is handled through a secure single sign-on (SSO) process using a Microsoft account.

COATIFY is available in German, English, French, Spanish, and Italian. Other languages are available upon request. Furthermore, you can also use the browser's automatic translation feature.

After logging in, COATIFY provides an overview of your connected systems on the home page. You can view detailed performance data for each project.

COATIFY is currently available for the following WAGNER powder coating systems:

• E-Line Plus with PXM
• M-Line with PXM and PXS
• S-Line with PXM, PXS, IPS, and SuperCenter Evo
• Sprint 2 Expert manual unit in combination with a compatible complete system
• Sprint 2 Expert powder set in combination with a compatible complete system

COATIFY is not yet available for liquid coating systems. In the future, the system is intended for use with select 2K systems, such as 2K Comfort and Intellimix.

COATIFY stores all data exclusively on Microsoft Azure located within the European Union (EU). The data is protected by the following measures:

• Encryption while the system is idle: All data, logs, and backups are encrypted using AES-256 with a cryptographic module validated according to FIPS 140-2. Encryption is always enabled and cannot be disabled.
• Encryption during transmission: All data transfers are secured using TLS 1.2 or higher.
• Data storage: The data never leaves the European Union. Microsoft's EU data boundary commitment applies.
• Access control: Access to the platform is managed through Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).

Compliance with legal requirements: Data processing is subject to the Data Protection Addendum (DPA) for Microsoft products and services in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.
