From May 22 to 26, 2017, the WAGNER Group will present its latest coating and bonding applications for industrial wood processing at the LIGNA in Hanover. As a special highlight, fair visitors can get information about the powder coating of MDF standard plates. This technology allows versatile application options for wood processing companies. Aside from seamless all-round coating, MDF powder coating also enables significant cost and material savings for large-scale production in particular.
Besides, WAGNER also presents new products for liquid coating applications. The WAGNER 2K Smart is a mixing and dosing unit for two or three components, that can optionally be equipped with contactless material flow measurement. Interested visitors can also get information about the new manual airspray gun WAGNER TOPFINISH GM 1010G CAT-X. Due to its ergonomic weight distribution and the hermetically sealed PPS gravity cup, work can be carried out in any position. Furthermore, the company will show the WAGNER CoatMaster, a measuring system for the identification and adjustment of coating thicknesses, as well as manual and automatic guns for 1K and 2K bonding applications.
