What defines us

In order to capture regular moods, WAGNER has conducted a global survey on a recurring basis since 2017. In this way, the opinions of employees are collected anonymously and corrections are triggered in follow-up projects. For this purpose, location-related and cross-location projects are underway worldwide.

The compatibility of family and career is of great importance to us. That is why we offer you the possibility of flexible working hours in full and part time as well as home office. It is also a matter of course for us to offer you an individually tailored return to work after parental leave.
