Our repair workshop in Markdorf is well equipped with the appropriate test equipment and special tools. The responsible service specialists are regularly trained and are in close contact with the WAGNER development and design department. Repair and maintenance interventions are always carried out using the latest technology.
In the case of more complex repairs, we offer a loaner unit service (available for a selection of WAGNER units) to tide you over during the processing time. This way we can ensure that you can continue your production without major interruptions.
If your WAGNER product is found to be defective during repair, we can easily replace it with a refurbished unit (available for a selection of WAGNER units). We will then dispose of your old unit properly.
To ensure prompt processing, we ask you to request repairs using our repair request form. To do so, please contact us by phone or e-mail. After reviewing your repair request, you will receive a so-called RMA number. Please enclose the completed form with your repair shipment and mark the package clearly visible from the outside with the assigned RMA number. This way we can quickly and easily assign your shipment.
After an initial check of your returned devices or components, we will send you a cost estimate for approval. Alternatively, you can already give us the approval for repair in the repair request form.
