This makes it easy to control the device via smartphone, readjust the pressure and even check the tip status. With the SprayManager app, all devices from the machine fleet can be easily managed using the "MyFleet" function, regardless of the device manufacturer. Connected devices are automatically displayed by the app and can easily be added to the fleet. This means that users always have an overview of their devices and can easily manage them, activate service reminders, access operating instructions or contact the service department.
Another advantage is the particularly simple and error-free commissioning of the sprayer. Simply take a photo of the material to be processed and the app will display the recommended spraying pressure, the right tip and the right dilution. With ProSpray Connect devices, the right spray pressure is set automatically via "ProStart".
Worn tips not only have a negative impact on the spray pattern, but also consume too much material and generate increased overspray. The ProSpray Connect devices are the first airless devices on the market that use the "TipAware" function to show the user the current condition of the airless tip used in real time during the spraying process. In addition, the tip quality can be checked outside the spraying project in a similar way to a battery tester. To do this, it is sufficient to operate the sprayer with water and spray water into a bucket with the tip to be checked for approx. 30 seconds. The condition of the tip is then displayed. This guarantees a perfect surface finish.
If the connected piston pumps are operated via smartphone and "ProStart", the work processes are automatically combined. Manual additions are also possible. Handwritten reports are therefore a thing of the past and work handovers are possible without instruction. This makes the entire team more efficient.
The ProSpray Connect family consists of three different models in different performance classes: ProSpray 3.25 Connect with compact dimensions and low weight is ideal for medium-sized emulsion projects, ProSpray 3.31 Connect is powerful and reliable for large projects and PS 3.39 Connect as the most powerful pump is available both as a emulsion spray pack and as a filler spray pack for airless spray fillers. All models are robust, low-maintenance and easy to operate. The piston pumps are equipped with large high-pressure filters that minimize tip blockages. The wear-optimized packings rarely need to be replaced. To ensure the longevity of the packings, they can be lubricated at the touch of a button - details that guarantee functional reliability and therefore efficient operation. Inside the pump is an electronically controlled, brushless high-performance motor with high efficiency, while on the outside the pressure can be permanently monitored via the SprayManager app or the digital display (Digi-Trac-Control). Quantity and operating hours counters on the user interface as well as numerous Diagnostic options provide practical details.
