COATIFY is the new information and management platform for coating systems from WAGNER. The web-based platform allows the intelligent monitoring of liquid and powder coating, bonding and sealing systems. The name consists of the words "coating" and "simplify", which stands for simplified coating.
The platform is accessible via PC, tablet or smartphone and enables secure access to your own production data from anywhere. The use of COATIFY increases your transparency and process reliability in industrial coating. Downtimes can be minimized and productivity increased. The operator is always in close contact with his systems and therefore always well informed about his system status.
COATIFY.light is an attractive low-cost solution for all systems including SprayPackE and PXE 7".

COATIFY supports all currently relevant browsers, e.g. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari.
No, but you can simply log into the platform with your web browser, using your PC, tablet or smartphone.
All common devices are supported, if you use one of the web browsers mentioned (see question 4).
No, COATIFY can only be used for WAGNER products and systems.

The data of your system, which you receive via COATIFY, are almost live data. Every minute data is sent from your system and transmitted to COATIFY. The maximum time difference is 1 - 3 minutes. It is ensured that there is no data loss at any time.

The security concept of COATIFY:
Industry standard for end-to-end encryption. SSL encryption for access to the COATIFY platform,
access via Internet browser (same security standard as e.g. online banking).
Account management (login) via Microsoft Live-ID enables a secure login process. The system architecture ensures a secure administration of your production data.
Data management on a Western European platform. The European guidelines for data protection are strictly adhered to. More detailed information is recorded in formal contracts.
All data from your systems belong to you. We do not give or sell your data to third parties. Once your COATIFY contract ends, all data is deleted from the platform.
Before this happens, you still have the possibility to save your data securely.
