Pneumatic control unit for an improved flushing process
Activeflush control unit for mounting at WAGNER IceBreaker pumps. It guides the user through the entire rinsing process in 6 steps: Emptying, rinsing and drying.
Activeflush guides users through the entire flushing process and controls all flushing processes using the switch settings.
The use of compressed air supports the cleaning process and reduces the duration of the flushing procedure. The guided process reduces manual steps and helps lower material consumption and labor time with every color change.
Flushing fluid is combined with compressed air. Together with a low-pressure flushing pump, a stable flushing flow is created that supports the process.
