Due to the fast switching times, particularly precise switching positions on the workpiece can be realized. This significantly reduces overspray. The fine and homogeneous atomization, combined with a uniform droplet size, enables a high application efficiency.
With the base plate system, all settings as well as the position of the gun are retained. This leads to reproducible coating results.
The packing cartridge increases process reliability and reduces downtime. Changing the packing therefore only takes a few minutes.
The AirCoat atomization offers a soft and calm spray jet. The air cap design reduces the material pressure, resulting in a homogeneous spray pattern.
