Both will act as the dual leadership of the international WAGNER group of companies united under the umbrella of Wagner International AG. Dr. Bruno Niemeyer, who has led WAGNER as CEO of the WAGNER Group and Managing Director of J. Wagner GmbH since 2016, will retire on June 30.
