Congratulations at the German SME Summit: Ranga Yogeshwar compliments J. Wagner GmbH from Markdorf on being awarded the TOP 100 seal. The company, which specializes in coating technology for surfaces, received the innovation award for the third time. In the scientific selection process, J. Wagner particularly impressed in the category "Innovative Processes and Organization" in the size category of more than 200 employees.

At WAGNER, for example, the focus is primarily on topics such as digital transformation. It pervades the entire company and encompasses the essential business processes - with customer relationshisp at its core.

One example is the new digital customer platform "WAGNER 365", which focuses on the customer journey. Designed as a "customer interaction hub", it brings together all interactions with customers from industry and trade: Calling up product information, configuring devices or even entire systems, ordering or checking the order status, requesting service, registering for training courses at the WAGNER Academy and much more. Numerous automated processes run in the background and have been optimized or redesigned accordingly.

Dr. Jens Arnoscht and Thomas Jeltsch, WAGNER´s Chief Technology Officers, commented on the award: "We are very pleased that Wagner has now been recognized as a Top Innovator for the third time. Many colleagues at Wagner work every day to make life easier for our customers and to make surface coating even more sustainable. The award is both confirmation and motivation for all of us to continue to do our best towards this goal."
