SuperFinish 33 – the pump for every project

The SuperFinish 33 Pro and Plus are the most powerful diaphragm pumps WAGNER offers for the professional segment. Thanks to their unique QLS LongStroke technology, they can reliably handle a broad bandwidth of materials from low-viscosity paints and lacquers to highviscosity corrosion protections. The new family is based on the powerful and maintenancefriendly diaphragm pump technology for which WAGNER has been renowned for decades. The performance benefits: 20% performance increase over its predecessor model, three times longer service life for the inlet valves and less wear thanks to improved cooling.

Advantages

Thanks to the vibration-reducing WAGNER QLS technology with a longer diaphragm stroke, an extensive range of materials can be processed across a wide spectrum of application areas and project sizes. Small quantities can be processed with low loss thanks to the easy-to-clean top container.

With a delivery rate of 4.3 l/min, the SuperFinish 33 is the most powerful WAGNER diaphragm device in the professional segment. It delivers on average a 20% performance increase over its predecessor model, the SuperFinish 31. This ensures that projects can be finished quickly, professionally and economically.

Especially for painting work, a low spray pressure offers the advantage of a better spray pattern, less overspray and a more controlled application of paint. Diaphragm pumps permit the variable regulation of pressure from 0 to 250 bar. This means optimal atomisation is possible even at lower pressure settings (30-40 bar). The revolutionary low-pressure Airless WAGNER HEA ProTip nozzle lets you work with up to 55% less overspray.

Thanks to the QLS technology, fewer replacement parts are needed, which has a positive effect on service life and ultimately also on operating costs. Compared to its predecessor model, the SuperFinish 33 also boasts a threefold increase in the service life of the inlet valves. Replacing the wearing parts – such as the inlet and exhaust valves – is straightforward and can therefore be carried out directly on the building site.

The system's extreme ease of use means anyone can quickly get to grips with it – even employees without extensive technical know-how. As an additional bonus, the basic unit of both versions includes an integrated toolbox. This ensures that nozzles, filters and tools are always available.

Do you need even more power? No problem!
For parallel use, a distributor adapter for the connection of up to three guns is available separately as an accessory (item No. 2304 430).

With just one hand movement, the pump position can be switched from working with the top container to the suction system. The Plus version offers even simpler handling with just one multifunction switch. In addition, the pump features an integrated socket for temperature-controlled spraying.

3 reasons to choose a diaphragm pump

Due to the small crosssections inside the device, the diaphragm pumps can be operated with very small quantities of material. This saves material both during material changes and in the cleaning process. A clear advantage over conventional piston pumps.

Diaphragm pumps are virtually maintenance-free. The diaphragm operates reliably and permanently. Compared to a piston pump, this results in up to 50% lower maintenance costs. Should a repair be necessary, the corresponding components can be easily replaced directly on the building site.

Thanks to the diaphragm technology, an extremely fine and even spray pattern can be achieved. The shorter stroke of the diaphragm reduces pulsation, thus avoiding irregularities in the spray pattern. In addition, the additional switching point of the piston is dispensed with in a diaphragm pump.

At low pressure: even spray jet from diaphragm pump (yellow) and irregular spray jet from the piston pump (blue).

Special features

Powerful, robust QLS Technology

When it comes to the handling of a wide variety of materials with a single unit, diaphragm pumps are the best choice. Thanks to Quality LongStroke technology from WAGNER (QLS technology), airless diaphragm pumps are powerful and versatile for optimum surface quality. Optimised hydraulics and special valve technology provide improved performance.

The longer stroke of the diaphragms enables a very wide range of materials to be worked with, from thin liquids to high-viscosity materials. Far less stress is placed on the components due to the reduced stroke frequency. This significantly extends their service life and reduces maintenance costs.

Practical multi-gun operation

For parallel use, a distributor adapter for the connection of up to three guns is available separately as an accessory (item No. 2304 430). This increases your efficiency and productivity and allows you to process more projects in less time.
