In addition to the latest products for powder and liquid coating, adhesive and marking solutions, WAGNER will present the following highlights at the leading trade fair for industrial coating technology:
WAGNER will showcase automation concepts for highly efficient liquid coating, such as the new TOPFINISH Bell 1S high-rotation atomizer for reciprocators and linear axes, which is available in many variants, for example with integrated 2- or 4-colour change discs or 2-component mixers. It complements the TOPFINISH RobotBell 1 for robot applications, which has been on the market since 2017. All models of the product family have adjustable shroud airs and can be used with different bell plate combinations. Fast rinsing processes and short colour change times support fast cycle times for coating workpieces.
Walther Pilot, a subsidiary of the WAGNER Group, will demonstrate the PILOT GA 9010 Marking, a fully automatic spray gun for single and multi-coloured spot and line marking. It ensures flawless, sharp-edged markings in OK/NOK component marking, alphanumeric labelling and in the metalworking industry.
For powder coating, WAGNER will present innovative system solutions which can considerably increase the productivity of coating systems. In addition, WAGNER's Industry 4.0 solutions create transparency with regard to productivity, maintenance and quality information - on the PC, smartphone or tablet. In this way, industrial customers can identify unused potential in production at a glance.
The trade visitors' interest is also likely to be attracted by the Layer Check LC 1000 for layer thickness measurement, which can be used to measure the layer thickness of powder and liquid paint before curing or drying without contact and with micrometer accuracy.
